We will also be offering a three point contest about mid way through the tournament day. We offer three convenient options for registration. You can register as a full team, small group or individual. Additionally, you can register for our 3-point contest.
You have 2-3 basketball players you’d like to be grouped with and combined with other small groups and individuals to form a full team of 5 – 10 players.
Want to sign up but don’t have a team? We got you! Sign up as an individual and we will combine you along with other individual signups and small groups to form a full team of 5-10 players.

Rules
Fast Break Fit promotes good sportsmanship, fair play, kindness & respect towards all staff members, team players, and their guests. Please review tournament rules to help us ensure a safe and fair tournament experience for everyone. No refunds unless we do not get enough teams to run the tournament.

Format
All team captains, player and coaches are required to review the following tournament format. See you game day!
- Double Elimination Tournament
- Download example 8 team double elimination bracket here
- All teams will play minimum of 2 games on tournament day with a chance to play up to 5 games.
- Team rosters will consist of 5 players minimum – 12 players maximum.
- 12 Minutes per half with running clock until last 2 minutes of each half
- 2 Refs per game (Skilled and Experienced Officials)
Sponsorship
We offer limited sponsorship opportunities for the tournament. The majority of our participants are Men ages 21-45. We expect to get anywhere from 8-14 teams with an average of 7 players per team. If this demographic matches your target audience, contact us about sponsoring our event. See sponsorship options below.
